Hey folks. Here is a video I recorded the other day while doing pylometrics. Basically, these are "
box jumps". They are explosive movements which require a load and a "
deload" by jumping repeatedly to and from the box. When doing plyo, make sure you have proper footwear, clothing, water etc, and make sure your core is tight while jumping on and off the box.
