When clients see results.......Awesome

That's right, it's awesome folks! Being a personal trainer is one of the best choices I have ever made in my short life. What is so great about it...well, that is obvious. When clients see results it is one of the greatest feelings in the world. No kidding folks, when someone allows you to enter their life to help them improve their game, strength, endurance or even overall health it is a huge undertaking. That's like giving your distant 16 year old cousin a new Chevy camaro [http://www.chevrolet.com] and telling them to bring it back with a full tank of gas and in good shape. There are a lot of risks involved in allowing someone else to help you in your life.
However, when that mutual relationship works out it is awesome. When a client begins to lose weight, maintain weight or Improve their lean muscle mass it is a beautiful thing. That is why I am a trainer. I love looking at my clients and seeing them more alive, vibrant and ecstatic about their new life changes. whether you see them performing better on the court or running a faster time in their road race, the results of good training, adequate nutrition a properly aligned wellness wheel can do wondrous things. It can leap you Over new boundaries which you thought you would never hurdle over. It can throw you into a new realm of confidence and make you know yourself better than you ever thought you would.
See folks, you can see why I love personal training. Yes there are always times when we plateau or may not quite see the results we may expect or initially read in mens health but at the end of the day it all seems to work out if you can find a good trainer to help bring about adequate results. I think it is also important to note the catastrophic responsibility a personal trainer possesses. They can dangerously mislead a client and give them falsified information. Or, they can bring you to new heights and allow you to stand on your mountain top with confidence and of course, a properly poised posture!
I encourage all of you to look into finding an affordable, reputable trainer. Or at least start working out on your own. The body is a remarkable machine which can be fine tuned with proper nutrition planning and training. We can not all afford a trainer, and that's ok. But promise me that at least you will find a friend who is a trainer and tap into them as a resource. Chances are, they will learn as much from you as you will from them!
