High fibre. High protein....Awesome!

Here is a delicious dessert recipe!

1 1/2 cups of crushed bran flakes mixed with honey
1 cup of all natural, crunch peanut butter (warmed in the microwave)
1 cup of breakfast trail mix (from superstore)
4 large melted pieces of 72% dark chocolate (spread over top)
Drizzled honey on the top with a touch of ground brown flax seed!

Place in the freezer for 15 min. Serve chilled 

And there you have it folks. This makes for an awesome dessert that can make 6 servings. It is high in fibre and in protein and the dark chocolate ramps up your metabolism! Who says you can't have dessert?
